Hey guys, I saw this thread on joecustoms and thought it was really informative and entertaining at the same time. http://www.joecustoms.com/forums/vie...hp?f=15&t=6478 . Thought it might be good for people here as well to share. The topic is your stories on Customizing gone wrong, from ruining a custom by accident to injuring yourself to glueing parts of your body to something else. Dont let those hard learned lessons goto waste and share them so others dont do the same thing!

I don't think I've ever screwed up a custom but I have cut myself with exacto knives and stuff like that. Although, I hurt myself more working on architecture models for school that I do customizing. Heck, I nearly cut the tip of my left thumb off Tuesday night working on a damn model.

I left some parts in rit dye a little too long n too high of heat once, but I was able to fix the parts that warped. |

I learned very early on that you should never spray clear coat too closely to ANYTHING...or you end up with horrible drip marks :(
