A coat of clear varnish (ie nail polish) is supposed to make parts just thick enough to prevent wobbling (though I haven't tried it myself).

Here is another way. Put some vaseline on the akle joint. Then using a hot glue gun put a small drop in the hole of the shin, then insert the foot. The vaseline will make the glue not stick to the ankle joint. Works great and is a great long term solution.

Does anyone have anything on how to mold/cast body parts/heads? ie: what material to use for the mold/how to make a mold, and what type of plastic/other to use for the part being casted.

Can someone help me with water slide labels? I purchases both white and clear ones from amazon. I've printed the clear ones on a label printer and they work out fine. Then I realized that you can't print white or whitish labels on clear. That's why I bought the white sheets. I made a RESCUE sticker on white, surrounded by red with the white from the paper itself. Now here is the problem....the labels dissolve in my hands when peel from the backing. The ink itself runs. I'v applied the Drying Solution before peeling with the same result. I've never had this problem with the clear ones. Can anyone enlighten me on how to finally get this done?
