just use a dremel/drill bit 3-16th's size i think and drill the head out a bit most heads have tons of room to be drilled to fit any body any head will fit if you drill it out a bit..

There aren't many head that fit and look presentable. I think Lift Tickets might work, try that and Breaker. With either head you'd probably have to do some retooling.

Even Major Bludd had a bit of brontosaurus neck, but his dog tags helped offset it a bit.
Does anyone know if there is a way to do this without a dremel? I've got one, but I know many people don't. Digging with an Xacto may help, but it's very tedious, not to mention an invitation to cut yourself. Perhaps a Power drill with small drywall bit? That may work if you have a hot glue gun for setting the head. |

i used to just use various sized drill bits and did it by hand, it works but takes awhile another thing i did with that zartan neck joint is slice off the neck ball and then cut the neck done a bit, and reglue the ball on

Sepentor's head works good. Put some goggles or shades and he will make a good villian or merc.
