Does anyone have or know how to make shell casings? I want to do a dead pool diorama and I need shell casings.

Cut up some wire sheathing from some small wire, perhaps? Or a coffee stir stick? It won't be closed off on the end with a primer, but if you aren't taking hi-res photos you may not notice.
If you want some legit scale casings I can 3d model some in a jiffy for print using high-detail material from Shapeways but if a home solution is good enough for you then I won't bother. Just let me know what caliber(s) you're looking for if you want me to take a stab at it.

Buy a marauders ammo belt, cut the tips off the bullets then cut it into segments. It’ll be the right size

try using small brass tubing then buy small brass rods and shave off the pieces and attach to the bottom of the tube you cut off

Use 0.35” (0.88 mm) styrene rod. It’s 220 in the Evergreen Scale Models styrene line. Cut the rods to the size you want, paint them with a brass paint. Put a dot of black on one end to make an impression that it’s hollow. You could also use brass rod, but styrene is cheaper and easier to cut.
