wondered if anyone here has any experience with one of these or something similar (and affordable)?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-18-Diecas...4AAOSwPn1dK9vU looking for two that will fit modern joes for a couple of dios i have coming up, doesn't matter if they're plastic or metal, color, etc, just that theyre fairly realistic willys jeeps that will work for joes. despite coming from china, this looks like it'd fit the bill, but i figured I'd try and get some feedback first. Thanks in advance!

That, sir, is a personal question, and none of your business.

In all seriousness, that looks pretty cool, but I've never seen one before. Wonder if figures would actually fit in it.

It looks really cool, I have pondered this myself.
All I can say, is that while they are the same scale, joes often do not fit in 1/18 vehicle seats very well. A real car seat is soft as are people, and the one or two 1/18 vehicles I have don't work real well with action figures. But, it is an open top jeep so I imagine figure would fit better than in say, a masseratti with body hugging seats. |

I’m not 100% certain this is the same as the one at my parents house but it looks exactly the same. If so I was able to fit the DG Duke in him but anything bigger didn’t fit.

My local Meijer carries these and I think at a slightly lower price than that. If you have a Meijer, check by the 1:18 motorcycles and remote controlled cars and such. There are also 1:18 old-timey gas pumps. Not sure why, but they're around.

I had 1/18 Maisto Willy's which was like that version. Might be able to find them at Big Lots or on line for $10-15. Though just as hardcorps pointed out, they are normally on the smaller side when compared to Joes. Though you can modify these Jeeps easily though to get Joes to fit better and always Joe legs are easy to remove lower parts to make work as in diorama.

Thanks for the input guys, the scale issues are exactly why I wanted to ask, tried a dodge viper as a ride for my Commander years ago, and had to modify it pretty heavily! They're not in my area, but you've pushed me in the right direction, and admittedly I feel a bit dumb- I've become so accustomed to doing my toy shopping online that it literally never occurred to me to look in the wild (insert sheepish grin here).heck, I'd even pay a few more bucks to be able to see it first, and not have to wait a month for international shipping. I guess ill take a trip to my local Wal-Mart or rite aid before trying to over complicate things for myself!
