Have there been any POC compatible 1:18 scale heads produced that resemble Airtight in his appearance in the Sunbow series? I'd like to give mine a little more personality.
Also looking for a 1:18 head cast that resembles Christopher Meloni, but that's another project entirely.... |

Marvel Universe Norman Osborne head, I think it came with the Iron Patriot.

I use the head from a Baron Soontir Fel figure from an X-Wing Rogue Squadron Comic Pack. It works really well.

The hole in the head is a little bit bigger than the post on the Airtight figure, so I wrapped the neck post on the Airtight figure with a bit of tape to thicken it up so the head would stay on, but that's it.
There are a few Baron Fel figures on Ebay right now. Good luck! |

I used a Star Wars Ric Ollie head on my unmasked Airtight. I also modified the helmet and backpack to put the vintage airhose on it. The head socket is loose so you have to modify it to fit though. Also had to paint the neck flesh tone.

Hey Nighthawk, is that Barbecue helmet drilled out to fit over the head, or do you just switch them out?

The helmet is actually drilled out to fit over the head. It's a pain in the butt to take it off. I really wish I had a vintage BBQ head to do this too as that head was a little bigger and would give more room. However, I've learned to live with this.
