cool thanks. its funny cus that grand slam head is the same exact one i use for my unmasked barbecue. and I actually picked up a vintage BBQ head on ebay like a month ago for the same purpose but i haven't gotten around to dremmeling it out yet. thats why I was asking what direction you took.

If you actually get a second vintage head, would you be willing to dremel it for me? haha. I really don't like how tight this one fits. I'm not good with working with vintage heads just cause the plastic is so hard.

I wanted to make an unmasked head that had the receding hairline of the sunbow version but still look similar to the hooded head that came with 30th Airtight. I decide to use a Falcon head with the hair cut and sanded. Keep in mind this is still a WIP, and it’s not perfect, but it looks okay.
