I forgot about the Vintage collection Hoth trooper that came out last year. I think you can get one at Ollies right now. I used the head for one of my action force space force figures.

Looks like it, with a little extra hair. There are 2 different sized movie Flint heads. The single card Flint's (W1 and Ultimate) have the regular sized POC or later heads, and the one that game with the green pull back ninja cycle is a little bit bigger than the single card ones. I'm not sure which one works best with that body though.
