Hey tankers. With the kids back to school I have more time to finally get my Joe room in order and work on displays. I had been trying to search on youtube for diorama tutorials with not too much luck. But then I stumbled on something else. Vivariums, which are basically like aquariums but for non aquatic animals. I specifically was watching becky wheeler, and another called lizardlandscapes. They do amazing things with styrofoam, which I just was able to get a bunch of blocks of for free.
Being new to dioramas, I didn’t know if this was common knowledge or it might help tankers to build their own backdrops. |

There is also some you tube videos from a guy called The Budget Jedi and there is another called Frank Diorios Diorama Workshop (Niem Nub). Both are Star Wars related but the dio hints are awesome. And of course our very own Digler is working on putting on a series of tutorials for us also. He recently had a setback with some buglers so he is regrouping I am sure.
Check out his work. https://www.fighting118th.com/forum/...t10389&slide=0

The DMs Craft also has some good ideas that you can upscale from rpg scale.
