For Joe parts, try eBay, the Hisstank BST forum, and various Facebook groups. (I go to Parts Swappers Paradise.)
For head sculpts and other custom parts, Google Avac’s Lab, Raginspoon, Vortious, Angelforge, or Plastic Curves. Also some eBay sellers like Jokabofe sell head casts. Boss Fight Studios sells generic ‘blank’ bodies. Marauder Gun Runners sells a LOT of generic military figures, kit, and weaponry. Personally, I spend most of my money at Marauder and Avacs Lab. |

How are Jokabofe's heads? They look amazing on eBay, but his language about them maybe not fitting is a little scary.
There's also Cobra1678 who makes a great Baroness-looking head that would be a lot cheaper than eBay prices on the 2013 Baroness (the only decent looking sculpt that I've seen), |

Every manufacturer uses different sized joints. If the fit is too tight, drill it with a Dremel tool. If it is too loose, stuff some putty or blue-tac in there. These are essential supplies for customizers. The caster can’t predict what kind of figure you are going to use it on, so it’s inevitably up to the customer to fit it. |
