Has anyone tried wire cutters as am method?

I do not recommend channel pliers. The problem is that there is no way to control the amount of force applied. To crack a torso you need to apply incremental force until it cracks and then immediately stop. Pliers do not offer enough precision, and I have often damaged the toy unintentionally. I’ve basically given up on pliers.
Anyway, you can try warming the lower torso in boiling water and then splitting it with an Xacto knife in the seam. It’s the best way to do it if you don’t have a bench vise. |
