The below 2005 Evolutions CLone Trooper (with less paint apps) is available from the usual sources for real cheap- I have 20 or so (some no longer with us). I suppose they could be bootlegs? Idk. Anyway, I am considering coverting 6-8 into Iron Grenadiers.
They need some reworking as their already limited T-Crotch is further limited by armor, but a bit of cutting should do the trick. Then some bandliers, black/gold/red paint job, a new head/helmet and... boom another budget troop builder mod. Rebelscum.com; Star Wars Toy News Archive Edit- Armor plates on feet need to be sliced off, they limit the ankle joint greatly. Last edited by Bubbavader; 01-18-2018 at 02:16 AM.. |
