Blu-Tac in the head hole and done. The other methods are fine, but this takes five seconds, lasts as long as you want it to and removes in seconds later if wanted.
I am about to attempt to shift the neck ball "back" about 1/8" as I am head swapping an army (about 50 in total) and the new cast heads sit a little too forward. So....I guess I am about to find out if you can reposition the neck ball. Just going to beat, move and then cool in ice water immediately after. Hope it stays.... I know that isn't "stretching" but it is close. I would not imagine it would pull out like hot glass or taffy, and if so I would think it would go back to its original shape..... give it a go on a cheap knock off figure. Try it out! |

i really like the InstaMorph, because it is so easy to work with. I will try to post some pictures later. But the big wins for me was the Professor X body, the Wild Bill Body and any body I want to use Renegades Duke or Ripcord on. I have used it to extend the neck and for just filling the hole. Bad side is you have to dump it in hot water to re-form it, so if you don't want to do that, I wouldn't use this product. Yesterday I used it to fill in Star Wars head and a Jurassic Park head that I drilled too big. I then flattened some out and stretched it over a head to make a mask that pops on and off. No real reason, just wanted to see if it worked. It did.
