Some advice please

Hello,

I currently have two Zartan figures (2000 and Comic Book Pack that came Cobra Commander and Zarana) that I feel could use just a touch of customizing.

My idea is the eyes, while I love the portrayal of Zartan in the comic books, I felt the greenish hue he had is the Sunbow cartoon series added a certain quality to him.

If anyone has any suggestions to go about making his eyes have this translucent green effect with out totally mucking up the figure, I am open to suggestions.

If there are any tips such as the type of paint or brush or whatever that can be used.

If you think this a bad idea, feel free to give you comment as well.

This is only the second custom job I have done so any advice and input can be regarded as helpful.

Also, on a side note, I purchased a corps SUV assault rig a couple years back and have been attempting in my very limited free time to customize it. I am running into a problem with taking the chassis and body apart, mainly I have two screws that appear stuck. I am assuming it is because there is glue holding them in. Any suggestions for how to remove the screws, or to make the glue (if that is what is holding them) less cohesive, please feel free to input.

FYI, the vehicle in question is a tan-ish brown SUV with suicide doors. A member of joecustoms.com did a custom with this vehicle and called it the Cobra Spear, if you needed a better visual reference.
