Haha. Is that to wear, or make a forcefield?

A little from column A.
A little from column B. Hey, at least those no good jims outside Fremont bart will be blinded by my neon forcefield. But getting back to the action figure discussion. What about buying a bunch of star wars parts? They have force field and laser type stuff. Does it have to be plastic or can it be another material? |

Better Office Products® - Reusable Envelopes - Item# 33030-V
I was in Target today and found this. It's a file folder. It's paper thin plastic and transparent. Just what I wanted. Thank you for all of your suggestions and ideas. This is the easiest way I can come up with to make a force field. |

You could get a sheet of clear styrene and paint it in a tamiya clear acrylic paint of your choice. Brush it on so you don't get pooling or streaks.

well depending on how big you want it you could try buying strawberries that come in the sometimes clear green or white basket at just about any supermarket. i used them as forcefield jail cells when i was younger cuz my parents always saved containers and crap. (kinda weird).

Another option would be to make a functional jail with the light up force field bars. You can do this by grabbing some clear plastic tubing, neon wiring that folks put into custom LS blades (check out Parks Sabers, Master replicas etc.) and a battery case and batteries. Wire it all up and you have jail cell bars that glow like they're made of energy -- think Serpentor's jail cell in GI Joe the movie or the cell on Space Station Delta in Pyramid of Darkness. Or the sheet of clear plastic from a report cover works too.

Sounds involved but an interesting idea. I won't attempt this on this project but i'll keep it in mind for future projects. I think i'm going with the file folders I spoke about above. I'm attaching it to styrofoam. This is the prison for inside my custom Terror Dome. I'll have pics up when its finished. |

I visited both sites Parks Sabers and Master Replicas. I can only find full size light sabers for $80+... They do sell just the blades for $80?? EL Blades - Parks Sabers - The Most Powerful Sabers In The Known Universe
