Here is a quick and dirty werewolf:
It's not super interesting, but it's the best use I could think of for the grey Hulk.

Have you ever heard a reason why that one Snake Eyes torso has two neck balls stacked one above the other?

Interesting if true. I always thought the factory was given pretty specific details on everything when the tooling was being done (I assume lately they are given 3D models even...that would seem to make the machining process pretty straight-forward). If not, that places a lot of trust in the factory to not make the heads fit poorly on the body. Neck ball sizes and head hollows can make or break the range of motion or the basic ability to keep the head from falling off. If that's really the way the industry works I'm amazed things have worked out as well as they have with Joe neck balls being all pretty much the same size.
Nope, never.

Actually, I think it was due to different factories using different sizes. However, I'm not 100% sure if that comment was meant for why G.I.Joe and Star Wars figures don't share the same sized ball joint though, but I do remember someone at Hasbro mentioning they don't have control of that as it's up to the individual factories that make the figure.
However, like I said, I can't remember if it was someone asking about why the two lines aren't compatible vs. why all the Joes don't have the same standard sized ball joint.

I can't decide on a head yet for this one (helmet vs no helmet). Plus I need to replace the upper legs so the range of motion is better. But here is the "good" knight for now:
Is the Iron Man head too obvious as Iron Man? I hate to keep making knights with no helmets, but I don't want my kids to instantly see Iron Man when they look it this one. Your thoughts?

I don't think so, not the Mark I head, anyway. It's basic enough to not instantly be recognizable as Iron Man, and the fact that it's big and looks like a head could actually fit in it helps a lot too.
