It's the Last Jedi 5 POA Poe Dameron head. The only modding done was cutting off the neck ball on that torso. The SW heads fit right on the bigger neck ball that's left.

My old eyes can't see the blue in the lower legs, but my flash sure can. I may have some painting to do because of that, but in the meantime here is my Winter Soldier kitbash:
UPDATE 2018/01/19: Here is Bucky again, now with properly-matched black lower legs...

I really wish they had used the Retaliation Kwinn torso for the SDCC Dire Wraith. Imagine the Duke and Doc custom potential. Sadly, they didn't, so this is my 50th/SDCC "Doc" rendition (I can't decide between the two helmets), about as good as I can get it:

I managed to Frankenstein together four different action figure lines for this one. I call it: "Spare Parts." To be serious though, I am only posting this one because it is a successful test of grafting Joe legs (with T-bar) onto a swivel-thigh Marvel body. I hate swivel thighs.
And one to give you flashbacks of your bachelor party:

And finally for today, here is my first draft of soft goods for my custom Chirrut Imwe (posted earlier):
If I can color-match the fabric to the body better and come up with a way to permanently attach the synthetic fabric to the belt I think this will really work. If anyone has soft goods experience and has successfully mated stretch fabric to a plastic piece please chime in!

No experience, but how about looping the soft goods over the belt and stitching?

A very simple and classic action man style kitbash, Snow job is a top 10 contender of my favorite GI JOE's, this was a lot of fun to do and more parts coming to finish this off, hope you guys enjoy |

Gambit:
Head & staff: Comic pack Gambit Everything else: ROC Cobra Commander Not an ideal Gambit, but it was a really easy way to fix the issue with him being much shorter than the other 1:18 Marvel figures. It's really just the overly mechanical torso that I don't really like. |
