That would work nicely in a lab full of Zombie Vipers.

I wish I had a couple of those Weapon X Stasis Chambers. I always wanted them when they were out, but I just couldn't think of what I would do with it, so I passed. Now that I have the Zombie Viper, I really want two of them.
That Swamp Thing playset is scaled for 5" figures. I bet it would work ok for Joes, but I haven't seen one in person in years. |

I recently bought a Playmobil Woodshop set because it had some items I wanted for Joe props. I got 5 bucks off it from Toys'r'us bucks. The figures aren't very useful (gave them to my nephew who loves them) but the accessories are perfect. Playmobil School Woodshop Class - Playmobil - Toys "R" Us
It comes with the following all in very close to Joe scale: Saw Screwdriver Hammer 2 Chisels 2 Paste/Glue Tubes 2 clear green jars with optional stickers Small Yellow Tool Case 2 stackable Tool trays, 1 segmented 1 box. Vice that clips to table Table top drill press. Short table (will work great for Japanese dojo displays) 2 stools (doesn't really fit the joes) Wastebasket Picture Frame Lantern Square and Triangle First Aid Cabinet 2 bandages that clip onto arms and legs. Fit some Joes. Broom Dustpan Brush And shelf. Definitely going to keep an eye on these sets for accessories from now on. |

Playmobil's pimp. A bit under Joe-scale, but damn, are those accessories close enough. And the variety of them!

Got the Bruder truck in and it is great! It can be a good infiltration vehicle for either Cobra or Joes. I was thinking a good paint job with some Arbco stickers from cobrastickers.com would make this like the comics when Cobra operated out of tractor trailers a few times.
Here is a link with a video showing how the trailers are detachable and freestanding: **Amazon.com: Bruder Man DHL Truck with Trailer: Toys & Games And now some pics: My only complaint is the doors to the cab do not open (unless I missed how to do it) so I have to figure out how to get a figure in there to "drive" it. The Scania trucks are replacing the Man (as seen in the DHL above). These have doors that open and side mirrors fold as well.. oh, and way more detail! Last edited by Akunin; 01-31-2012 at 11:02 PM.. |

The scale is perfect for Joes. I used to own one as a kid.
