That Starriors base pops up every now and then on Ebay. I've never bid on one. It's rarely complete.

I love my ST:TNG playmates bridge....I also have the transporter and the shuttle craft. The shuttle craft is perfect for 3 3/4 figs.

Starriors Battle Base works for a small Cobra Temple (Or the top of a larger one) The inside really only seems to work as a throne room
It's fairly rare. I've only seen it for sale twice in the past 5-10 years and one of those times it was mislabeled. (Mind you I wasn't searching that whole time either) I had that, I used it for the same exact thing when I was a kid. That set was awesome for Cobra, even if they couldn't fit in it right. Although my favorite playset, the one where the Joes...and every other action figures I happened to favor at that particular time...called home was easily the Robo Force Playset, the Fortress of Steele. Such an awesome, and massive, castle and home fort for the Joes. It could even close up and act as a storage place for all your toys! Assuming you had all the gates/walls intact. |

I recall awhile back that someone did a customized hoth playset using that as the original base and I always wondered what the base playset was and which line it was from! Thanks! |

The Spider-man Classics Alleyway playset works great for Joe figs. You can remove the dumpster and the trashcan from it with a screwdriver like I have to get more sidewalk space.
Sorry for the pic quality only camera thats charged right now is my cellphone's. The Marvel Legends Wave 4 Punisher base is pretty cool too. I also use the Marvel Legends Wave 1 Captain America base for desert scenes. The Punisher and Captain America bases can be bought pretty cheap on Ebay, usually as part of a fodder bin. The Spider-man alley set can be found there too. |

When I was a kid, I used the old He-Man "Snake Mountain" set as my Cobra Temple. Castle Grayskull became Castle Destro after he broke away from Cobra.

I've seen that Scherich Nursury and thought the same thing for the Dreadnoks but it was so damn expensive, I want to say around 100, but could have been around 50.
