I found a nice one on sale at Lowes, usually 40 bucks but was like 20 I think. It has high speed and low speed, and it's cordless. It's done most anything I've needed it to, which is mostly removing details or dremmeling heads. I wouldn't think buying a really expensive one would be necessary. However, mine came with the thicker sized tools (good for dremmeling the heads) but I got a set of the smaller shank tools which are better for removing (or making) details. They come with a smaller internal neck collar that you have to swap out to fit the smaller shanks.

I would recommend one of those big ones with an extension. Some of the mid size are not good to do detailed work because they are still big and heavy. The extension allows you to make the detail work.
If you want wireless go to the dremel one that fits your hand almost like a pistol don't remember the name but its more expensive I think. With what you save buying a big one with extension you can buy extra bits. But I'm talking from the experience I have from the market here not sure what you have in US I'm sure much more variety then here. Ups only noticed you're in India... then maybe you don't have so much choices. I bought a Einhell one is a german brand I think. This one:

Shop around, you can find some nice ones used, fairly cheap. I got a very nice Dremel, with the flex attachment, for 25 bucks at a pawn shop (great place to find tools cheap BTW). The bits and tips you have will make more of a difference than the Dremel itself, anyhow. I'm not saying the cheapest one will do, but you don't necessarily have to get the most expensive, either.
