I have dremeled or cut several New Sculpt figures for ME Joes, and I have recently attempted to cut/dremel vintage heads. Those necks are hard as heck to cut. What is the best way to cut/dremel a vintage head?

Use an Exacto Razor Saw to cut off the Ball or post.
Use Dremel High Speed Cutting bit: High Speed Cutters I tend to work at an RPM between 5K and 18K.. much faster and you'll start melting the plastic rather than cutting it away... |

I use a pair of dikes to cut off the neck post then drill/grind as necessary.
