Hey, I'm new here, so sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. I just recently decided to try my hand at customizing Joes. I started using a S6 Arctic Duke as my base figure, but a combination of the wrong paint (enamel instead of acrylic) and spray sealer pretty much ruined my first attempt.
What I want to do now is swap a S6 Hi-Tech's arms and legs onto the Arctic Duke torso. From what I've seen, though, I don't know if the entire arm/leg can be removed. Some of the photos posted here show only the lower legs/boots and forearms/hands removed, but is it possible to transplant an entire arm or leg using the heat and pop method? Any help is appreciated! EDIT: I missed this thread on disassembly during my first run-through of the forums. Mods, please delete this topic! Last edited by mc.tammer; 11-20-2007 at 03:51 AM.. |
