I can almost guarantee this wont get stickied....I think custom cards are just to contraversial.
I got a PM asking me how I clean my bubbles for reuse and I decided to go through the process here so that all can see....
1. Lacquer thinner
2. Q tips
3. Paper towel
Okay. So if your scared of chemicals then you might not want to use this process....Im also a painter so I pretty much have lacquer thinner running through my blood...it doesnt bother me. You should use gloves for this process though
Get your bubble. Its going to have all the glue and paper all over it. Soak the end of a qtip in lacquer thinner and rub the qtip back and forth over a small section of the bubble lip. I suggest doing 2 inch sections at a time. Keep rubbing the qtip with the lacquer thinner for about 10-15 seconds....then immediately wipe off the lacquer thinner. Keep repeating the process until the area is clean.
It is important to work in small sections and clean off the lacquer thinner for 2 reasons. 1. Lacquer thinner is a solvent and will melt the plastic if left on too long. 2. The thinner will cloud the plastic as well.
If you get any lacquer thinner that drips down inside the bubble while working, wipe it off immediately.
This process varies in the time it takes to completely clean the bubble. Ive had some that have cleaned off in 5 minutes...but other more stubborn bubbles that took up to 25 minutes. Dont use the same qtip either....I usually use about 4 qtips per bubble..switching them out for fresh ones.
After you are done, wash out the bubble and clean it with windex. Make sure that you have the bubble completely dry before you set it on your card, or the water will smear the ink.
Glue the bubble down using the glue in the PDF. It works the best out of all the glues I have tried. If you have any excess that squeezes out...it rolls up and off in a few minutes and dries really clear. I dont recommend using liquid super glue for these chrome cards (I only use liquid super glue on white bordered cards) because there is a slight edge from the layering technique and liquid super glue wont adhere to both surfaces for a good seal. It lets air in the bubble...and will cause finger prints to show up when the glue vaporizes.

Ink is SUPER expensive and that is why it costs so much. With my Canon photo printer...I only get about 25 prints per $25 color ink cartridge. Black obviously lasts a lot longer.
