Im just realy disapointed. I order 2 heads from SDS some about 1year ago, i was patient and waited for it without word since i read many of you guys had same problem but i hoped that they throw inside my package some extra parts for such a long period of time. I get nothing... Just my 2 heads i ordered and nothing more afther fucking year of waiting. What a disapoinment and what a shame for that store. Not enough they need a f*** YEAR for 2 heads !!!!! they even can't repay me this long time waiting (becouse of their personal problem!!) with some adidional parts. I dont realy care if they have some personal problems etc. I ordered it, I pay them i was patient enough (Im human I understanded their situation) and then i get nothing back, not even fucking "sorry that you must wait so long" but in the mean time "friends" of Dave get everything what their ordered very fast.
To Dave - With policy like this i wish you good luck - you will realy need it, hope you learn very fast how to run a business or be eaten by those who can do it better. |

I have to be honest only ordered once and had to cancel it and I'm glad I did it because I wouldn't wait that long for it. They have or had in the website a 3 weeks policy but it looks like its only for show off. Sorry but if you make this a deal you have to at least be able to respond to all orders or only charge a small fee and not the entire cost. I know they do this as a side thing but maybe they shouldn't have opened a store or maybe keep things more simple with only a few parts.
So basically I can understand your frustration.

Your thread title is deceptive.
If I'm reading your post correctly, you Ordered 2 heads, Waited 1 year, Received your 2 heads, and are now bitching because you didn't get "Free Stuff" for your "inconvenience" While I agree a 1 year wait is unacceptable for a business...expecting free items and complaining when they're not included is unacceptable for a Customer. 2 heads from SDS cost what...$10? If I were Dave, I'd be sure to take care of friends and people who spend serious cash with me, long before I'd worry about small time orders... Honestly if I were Dave, I'd have a $25 minimum order and a much smaller catalog.... Last edited by nova; 02-27-2012 at 11:12 AM.. |

So...because they didn't handle this transaction the way you would have preferred...its their fault?
Although...it's possible that your free parts haven't arrived yet...check your mailbox about 12 months from next week |

I agree that one year is too long to wait. I'd upset about that as well. However, the fact that you feel you are entitled to free parts is absolutely ridiculous. You got what you paid for. Don't be a baby. Stop whining. Be a man!

Except Dave said few months back in some thread about SDS and their shipping that those "long time waiting customers" get some extras.... so...
I was patient and didn't say nothing becouse i knew what situation he have with his health - I can understand that and never rush him but but obviously this dont work in both sides with him. U guys need to understand that today those customs for which i needed those heads are outdated - its been a year we have a lot new parts and new ideas and what was fresh then can be antique today so i basicly can throw all that shit to trash allong with this parts he send me. So i just spend money, wait 1 year then I get outdated shit and no recompense for all my trouble becouse he have personal problems and i should be happy ??? |

I agree with what everyone is saying about expecting compensation for waiting. Compensation is something that should be offered by the seller when the buyer communicates their dissatisfaction. However, it sounds like there was no communication, but you knew they were having some personal issues (unless you are just assuming they did). One year is a really long time to wait for two heads. However, after hearing of many people's dissatisfaction about their service, why did you decide to still purchase from them? I have heard of them, but never purchased from them. It almost sounds like you were trying to scalp some free parts.
I'm not arguing that they are right. Afterall, they exceeded their delivery date by a very long time. However, there should have been communication from both parties to clear the matter. If you are going to be "human" and "understanding their situation", then complaining about not getting free parts is clearly not being understanding.

At least you got something. I've been waiting 8 months for a $120 order and haven't got shit. They don't even answer email.
