is Scarlett Knees. It kinda annoys me that certain figures (Scarlett, Destro, Baroness, Copperhead...) don't have the modern, double knee joint that the others do. As a result their legs can't bend as much as they should.
So my plan is to use Sculpey to modify the lower part of Scarlett's thighs so they'll accept some other figure's knees, then recast them in plastic for strength. I don't know how well it'll work out, but I'll have pictures when I'm done. ---------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------- Okay, I did it. Clearly I need to get better at taking the bubbles out of my molds and casts, but it worked. We have the cure for Scarlett Knee. Notice how attaching Duke's knee allows her leg to bend even more than normal double knee jointed figures. Last edited by Aelfwad; 09-09-2008 at 05:31 PM.. Reason: updated with pictures |

I kind understand Scarlett and the Baroness, but the rest on the list I can't figure out why Hasbro design them there leg with the single bent knees.

On the plus side, she has upper leg rotation. I've yet to buy a Scarlett, that has stayed Scarlett, but on the figure I have that is using Scarlett's legs, I carved away the back lower part of the thighs, to let the knees bend farther.

So as soon as I figure out how to do this better, I think I'll start working on fixing Copperhead's knees.
