Indiana Jones with the white shirt and RPG essentially has fixed Duke arms, doesn't he? Do they swivel at the cuff? Would a lower arm swap cure Duke of his ailment? I'm asking because Bigbadtoystore has these on sale for $2.50.

Unfortunately, old Indy's arms aren't articulated below the elbow. The only real advantage to them is that they bend slightly closer to 90 degrees than Duke's. Plus, there's the aesthetic value.
