Quick customizing question:
I'm in the process of disassembling Ace for an upcoming custom. When I tried to remove the lower arms from the uppers, the little peg piece (which attached to the elbow) stayed stuck into the upper arm. I've stuck in hot water again, but can't pull these little ring piece pegs out. I want to attach Cobra trooper lower arms to this, so I need to get the pegs out of the upper. Suggestions (without destroying the figure?) Thanks. |

use a pair of pliers after heating the arms up and they should pop right out. For future use make sure to grip the lower arm by the joint and this problem should be able to be avoided in the future :>

Also, I want to say thanks for posting the vice torso cracking method. After destroying a number of figures using the other methods posted, I've found this one works. |

Deckard has it right. I use an old hairdryer and a Gerber tool to seperate them.

That worked. I'll try to remember to hold onto the elbow joint next time
