Which acrylic paints works best on 25th Joes?

I want to know which acrylic paints will work best on 25th Annniversary Joes, Delta Creamcoat or Apple Barrel? I know they aren't high end paints but they are the only ones I have access because were I live there aren't any stores that carry paints like Citadel, Tamiya or Testors. I hope you can help me with this one guys.

the answer is truthfully neither.
but if that is really all you can get? try both. they are cheap enough to see what works best for you.
there is no "best" paint. but those should be avoided.
otherwise, its all about preference.
i have used all kinds of stuff.
tamiya, mr. hobby, testors... i want to try some citadel.
