My original concept can be found HERE.
My updated POC SS includes the omission of the neck rag as well as the original Desert POC head. I wanted his shoulder armour to be more visible, added a ROC Dusty strap and used the cancelled ROC Jungle SS head and the hood. I'm glad I was able to use that hood too. On the original figure the grey/tanish color really looked off, but I think the color actually works with my figures color scheme. No painting required.

That actually looks pretty good. I know a couple of us were talking about swapping the legs and head for this SS since they sucked.

This is an inspired Kitbash!
It retains the desert flavor with the tan accents but now is more recognizable as stormshadow than a "prince of persia" reject great work!

Cool bash, but I'm still not diggin' the Chinese/Arabian styled girdle. It just doesn't look SS or Ninja to me. But overall, the fig looks better than what's on the pegs.

No the torso is on correctly, look you can see the nipples. Nice work I like it alot.
