I bought some Star Wars Heads, and they all accept a larger neck ball than what Joes have, so consequently they are going to be very loose or, at least, a little loose. Anyone have good advice for sitting Star Wars heads properly on a 25th Joe body? Thanks.

Hot glue gun. grease the neck ball with vaseline, pump hot glue into the head hole & press on the neck ball. Trim excess. Works pretty great.

Use the Green Stuff. I do, put some baby oil on the joe neck and then put the Green Stuff in the Star Wars head. Let it sit for like 30mins then pull off.

i used a trick i found here for joints and applied it to this same application
assuming this is for posing and light play that is i used crazy glue a dab in the head socket and then put it on the neck ball and slowly rotate it around until it starts to set...keep moving it slowly and it will make it tight enough to pose...i have a few that i've only had to do this once to...it isnt a permanent solution as i like to headswap hope this helps and hopefully someone more versed at this than i will have a solution to offer |

hot glue in the head hole, stick the neck in and move it around till it tights enough to where it still rotates but not stuck in place

I use dollar store super glue. Its shitty super glue but it works great for this.
The stuff doesnt harden, it stays this weird rubber like material. I've used it on all my customs. I put the rubber cement on the neck ball. wait about half hour and press the head on. The cement spreads out nicely.

Toilet paper.
Take a little square and fold it to make a strip. Put crossing the bungh...i mean the hole of the head (like a little bridge) then press the neck into the socket. If it's still loose, simply pop off and add more paper. Cheap, simple and you won't be modifying at all the pieces.

The clear rubber bands that are used to hold the joes weapons. Wrap one around the ball joint and pop the head over it.
Has worked fine on all mine and are re-usable.

I sometimes use BlueTak, it doesnt dry and if you find a better head its easy to change and reuse the previous head on a different size neck ball.
