Some varied stuff here, Well my first Wip is Null AKA gray Fox AKA frank Jaeger AKA cyborg ninja.
This is what he looked like before he became a Cyborg in Metal Gear Solid 1. This is from the MGS portable Ops game. I just like the design and wanted a version of frank from the big boss era. My main foucus with MGS right now will be MGS3 era stuff. Null is also kind of a practice figure cause he has some elements that are the same as the Boss, and peace walker snake. Theres a comparison picture, basically I took a 25th storm shadow and resculpted over it and gave it a cobra troopers head. The feet are kinda crappy in the picture, i had just sculpted them and they were still curing and i need sand them down. I also need to glue on the codec commuicator to his strap. with a wire connecting the pack on his back. His sheath is lying on the ground I'm not sure how I'll attach that.

I LOOOOOOOVVVVEEE 70's marvel, very much, i want everything to be how it was in the 70's. Even though i wasn't actually alive bak then, i grew up reading 70's Marvel, and have a huge attachment to it. I especially love 70's marvel monsters, so i was totally in klove with the marvel legends monsters box set toy-biz did.
I want to do the same thing for the marvel universe. so this is my outing with frankestein. I was going for a bit of a different look from the ML figure, and wanted to make him more stocky and similar to the big guys in MU. He's based on the Marvel Universe Thing figure. This is the first figure I've done a totally scratch built hands on, i usually use existing hands. So it's a bit rough. I have a classic 70's Blade like 90% finished as well when i finish frank up I'll post both of them. But I'd like to make Man Thing, werewolf, classic Morbius, zombie, and dracula... maybe manphibian. I don't expect hasbro to make these guys.

Though I hear from those that were there it wasn't that great. I think I was born too early cause I missed the 60's and 70's. I've talked to my dad about it and he thinks so too sometimes.

For any one thats a fan of the Venture Brothers:
In the christmas episode Brock is trying to order Dean the Joker-mobile from a 1970's toy catalog. That rang so true. I used to look at old toy catalogs and see those toys and want to go to the store to buy them. I was dissapointed when I found out the truth. I inherited a lot of my dads comics from the 70's too. They were awesome. Especially the Epic magazine versions of super heros.
