Are you aiming for a Castlevania styled Drac?

Perhaps an 09 James McCullen would make a great base figure?

Well, I'd go with the movie Zartan/Arnold Vosloo head and paint it blue for starters. If you're going for a larger size like the Castlevania Dracula, you might want to consider that when selecting parts. Iron Grenadiers Destro is a bit larger, especially the pilot one, it seems. The problem is there are few figures in anything resembling Dracula's formal attire. For that reason you may want to go with the shroud look or your own interpretation. Also check dollar stores, etc. for off brand figures in the correct scale that might have some unusual accessories you could use, like capes with cowls, etc.

Get a MU Blade and put someone else's head on him and voila Drac-attack!
