Great customs! I like your version of Hawk as a battlefield commander. I'm not a big fan of the head you used for Lady Jaye, but I'm really diggin' the concept. Great work!

Thank you!

As far as LJ goes, I like that head mostly because it is different from the other Joe girl heads, and IMO, looks way better than any of the LJ head sculpts Hasbro has done to date. But...I was actually considering trying a different head for Lady Jaye at some point as well. So check back now and again. Ya never know. |

I really like that Lady Jaye- that's a direction I had not considered going at all. Have to rethink some things now. I don't know if you can sculpt or not, but Lady Jays has always been shown as more well- endowed than that reactive armor allows for. A chest upgrade might be in order but I'd keep the paint scheme you went with and I like that head on her.

I will have to give some thought as to going about doing that. I have green stuff. So mayhaps it's time to play...plastic surgeon! Get it? Get it? PLASTIC surgeon? HA! I kill me! Ya know...cause they are really plastic... and I'm making them...ahem... okay, fine, well its kinda funny. Last edited by General Hawk 7; 11-17-2009 at 11:42 PM.. |

Good work all around.
Elegant, streamlined simplicity gets the job done when done right I think. I agree with you about Lady Jaye's head. With so few females to use, its refreshing seeing a different one. Her suit reminds me of Marvel's Wasp, one of the recent outfits. Hawk works really well, I'm digging the combo of his 1st and 2nd versions. He's a much more battle ready field leader now. |

Love the customs, General. Inspiring for us who are just starting out and are honestly intimidated by the really awesome customs posted on the 'Tank.
I'm gonna start building my team. |

They all look good. The head for LJ is Shira Brie from the Walmart exclusive Rebel Pilots Evolution set. She is an old Marvel Comics character who falls for Luke. She gets shot down, is rebuilt by Vader and becomes Lumiya, Dark Lady of the Sith. Too much info? Again, great customs. Keep crankin' them out.
