would look better if you rounded off the cap. looks too much like an officer's cover, or an 8 point marine cover.

Yeah, the hat is the only problem. The figure overall looks great. Go to a local Walmart or TRU and look for the Gracelyn Sports figures. They're a little taller than the Joes and cost about $7 but the pinstriped Derek Jeter figure comes with a removable hat that would fit perfect.

I was going to use my dremmel to round it out a bit and could still do so. Perhaps I will.

I thought about doing a custom shockwave, and this is my only, and very minor suggestion:
His knife is on the inside of his left leg. Beachhead/Firefly has it on the outside of the right leg. I don't know if it's possible to switch the shins, but I think that would make it a bit more authentic. Besides that though, and the previously mentioned cap issue, I think it's a great figure. I think it'd look great with firefly's gun. |

That's looks good man. I've been wanting to try and make a custome Shockwave, instead I bought one from Ebay.
