Burn Baby Burn!! (Blowtorch)

I had some fun with this one today... my fodder box was running low and I really wanted to make a Blowtorch, so I played, "Let's see how we can make him with what we've got!"

Here's what I came up with:

helmet: Naboo trooper
head: 25A comic pack Hawk
Mask+hose: RoC Deep Six
Armor, Upper Torso, Upper Arms, and legs: Pit Commando
Lower arms: RoC Viper Commando
Pack/Gas can: True Heroes guy
Flamethrower + cable: RoC Flash
Lower Torso: a kitbash done with build n' brawl figure:

Awesome!!

I did the flames using a hot glue gun and drinking straw...
pretty much glued the end of it to the end of the rifle and dripped the glue along the straw to create the flamed jelly effect. First time I've ever tried this, but I'm pleased w/ the result.
