The BLAY's Dial-Tone
Well Dial-Tone was a much needed addition to the 25th/ME line
sadly we didnt get him and once resolute hit much like Ripcord changing race in ROC Dial-Tone switched genders so its been left to the talents of the fans to make their own.

I have to thank Tank_driver785 for the great recipe!
and special thanks to Redeyes for the belt and webgear inspiration.

The main difference with my Dial-Tone is the removable Marauder Beret.
I think I need to repaint some green but I wanted to post him up!

enjoy and let me know what you think!

Recipe:
Upper/Lower Legs: Airborne
Upper/Lower Arms: Airborne
Head: Airborne completely repainted
Beret: Marauders
Backpack/Gun: ARAH Dial Tone
Webgear: Duke, modded Roadblock
Belt: Modded Roadblock webgear
