Akuma is an amalgamation of several characters: Helix, Junko Akita, and Ophelia were the primary influences, but even Kasumi and Pale Peony provided inspiration.
A lot of her background is unknown, but records confirm her father was Russian and her mother was Japanese; both deceased. She joined the Japanese Self-Defense Force right out of school. All that is known about her since that time is that she trained under Storm Shadow. Akuma needs no more instruction in technique, but demons from her past interfere with her focus. She is so socially withdrawn that many believed her to be mute. Akuma wears her red and black paint on assignments so that if she is ever seen (and that's a big if) she might be mistaken as the Demon for which she's named. Recipe Head, Body, Shoulders and below the elbow Forearms/Hands - Darth Talon Biceps and Elbows - 50th Baroness Waist, Legs, and Hair - Agent Helix Poncho - Last Jedi Rey Rest - ?Fodder? This was one of my more ambitious kit-bashes. Darth Talon has articulation at the head, shoulders, mid-torso, and wrists. Using Baroness elbows and Talon armor I managed to match and glue them securely. I'm surprised how strong the bond is as Talon's shoulder joints are tight and put pressure on the arms every time I pose her. For the torso/waist combination I used a thin slice of softer plastic in-between as the lower torso and waist are both made of hard plastic. It's held up incredibly well. I've had other similar projects break under less pressure. I included Storm Shadow as he's not quite a custom, but I did a lot of tweaks. The head is Thor's buddy Hogun. The rest is fodder mostly from a Star Wars Embo figure I bought for accessories (thanks Yeet for reminding me of his name). I did shave away a lot of his shirt at the shoulders to improve articulation. I also repositioned his calves along with new feet to help him stand and pose better. Otherwise he's just Stormy... Questions welcome, thanks.

I like it, I was expecting Akuma from street fighter, but this is a cool idea.

That foot swap with Storm Shadow is gold. I'm immediately copying this. Thanks!

FYI I inserted a very thin piece of rubbery plastic in the foot as it will be a little loose otherwise

I like Akuma. Very cool and different. I also like Hogun's head on Storm Shadow. It fits. I wish they did a modern maskless head for SS without it being the movie version.
