Up next is another figure I had growing up who I wasn’t the craziest about but because he was so unique I ended up using him quite a bit even if I didn’t really know his role. For my take on Long Arm I decided to stray away from going completely accurate to the original figure and make him more like how I envision a door kicker all decked out in orange would look.
Another all Marauder build with only a bit of paint added for his gold grenades. I watch Seal Team and always like how they look wearing the black out sunglasses when going on some missions so that’s the look I went with for Long Arm’s head even though there is a Hasbro one that’s much more accurate to the original head. Battlecorps Long Arm

What a fun update. You’ve got a good vision for updating joes with marauder parts while they still maintain their character. Keep em coming man.

Thanks! He was a fun one to put together because I don’t think I was expecting to like the finished product as much as I do. I have him posed with his uzi shooting through his shield like in the one picture and it looks so cool on the shelf.
Hard to find guys who the original striped vests work really well for sometimes too but think it turned out great for his look.

I like your Long Arm way better than the original.
the Grunt V3, the pants almost look like carhartts, which is something you could imagine an engineering student at Georgia tech wearing. The original figure looks like he is wearing parachute pants |

Awesome take on Long Arm.
I’ll eventually make a custom of him but in his v2(GIJCC) colors.

This thread's got some excellent pieces in it, man! I may not care for the neon colors (which I say as someone born years after the 82-94 run, and who typically loves gaudy stuff), but your 90s customs are all really sharp.
Sidenote, anyone else ever think it's weird that Joe went neon in the 90s, when it's the 80s everybody remembers for neon, animal prints, and pink? |

A worthy (and better) successor to the original.

Yeah, much like I never realized Grunt had rolled up the sleeves of his jacket, growing up I always saw those yellow pants as weird yellow dress pants that Grunt was fond of for some reason. Haha. Quote:

Probably because I collected WWF, Turtles & Toxic Crusaders too growing up so the Joe transition to neon meant that they’d match my other toy lines even better. The 80’s may have started the run on neon but 90’s wrestling, Turtles & Toxic Crusaders turned it up to the point where everything almost glowed in the dark. Haha. Quote:
Thanks! Can’t wait to get all of Battle Corps done so I can get these guys paired up in groups. He’ll look great with some of the other crazy mid 90’s guys.

Up next is one of my favorite figures from the Battle Corps line. Iceberg was another v1 whose figure I missed out on growing up (still actually never found him) so I went years with Snow Job & Sub Zero handling all of my artic missions. Then Battle Corps came out and it included an absolutely bad ass looking version of Iceberg that I knew I had to get. He did not disappoint once I got him in hand and he immediately became the Joe”s go-to guy when taking down Ice Sabre’s, Ice Snakes and Snow Serpents.
Another all Marauder build who is due for a few tweaks but he’s been built this way for quite a while now so I wanted to get some shots of him before I make any changes. The two I have in mind are switching out the gloves for yellow ones and adding some green accents to the boot armor. My inventory for white marauder bodies has always been low so to this point they’re the only builds which I have never added paint too. Hopefully they get restocked this summer so I can feel better painting up a few of them because I have a few ideas in mind. Battle Corps Iceberg
