When the custom guys and I were coming up with ideas for the project quarantine figure, this popped in my head , so I figured I’d create him while in between the other one.
I tried to capture a version of hit and run that brought the character to life: a thinner build fast hitter, with lightweight gear smgs and tomahawks. I think he came out exactly as I envisioned:

Hit & Run as a Cobra? Cobra emblems on both sleeves (Alley-Viper torso/upper arms?). Otherwise a solid figure!
