Well after getting the Nitro-Viper with the APV Steel Crusher I knew he had to be redone. My initial thought was to hollow out and ARAH head for the helmet. I believe I still will, but I actually do dig the new head sculpt they gave him.
I was going to use the Zartan upper arms but I didnt want to take the torso apart and my other idea failed so I left the torso in tact. Let me know what you think!! recipe: torso - nitro viper arms: upper/lower - nitro viper upper legs - zartan lower legs - nitro viper vest helmet and visor - nitro viper gun holsters - wild bill leg straps - cut from a para vipers gear

I did more or less the same for mine, except I used the entire body of a Resolute Trooper and the armor and head for this guy and it looks great. The torso for NV I made into a custom Cobra Demo Expert.
