My take on the GIJCC character, in NS format. I switched colors because the GIJCC figure looks a little too Cobra, in my opinion. Plus an unmasked head, to make the character less anonymous.

I never realized how much Casey Jones and Kaos (or DC's Mad Dog) are alike, but you're right. A hockey mask pretty much overrides everything else, design-wise.
