Hi there, I have decided to post all the customs I have made in the past, and I feel it might be better to post them all together, as some are minor conversions. I think it will be easier for all.
And so, starting with the most recent I have pictured and classified; Diminisher; a full repaint of Chief Torpedo. I saw it as a figure with good potential, and so I created this character for the Action Force, to equilibrate with my vast hordes of Cobra and GI Joe; Drumstick; this one I haven't even figured it out myself yet. Was supposed to be a sort of futuristic rebel, and I tried some different techniques on him. I rebranded him as a AWOL retriever specialist, trained in capturing renegade GI Joes or traitors. Now on to the new Steel Brigades. Bought a good amount of Gears in China (back when they were dead cheap) and thought that it would be cool to make an improved version of the Steel Brigade. I casted the head modifying it so it has a ball-neck. The leader uses gold-green inspired by the Gold Steel Brigade. Radical Red; an anarchist vent on destruction, chaos, upheaval, rioting and more. Wanted to use Barbecue's head on a repaint and went for the full red with inkings. Rosen Ritter; probably not many have seen the anime "Legend of the Heroes of the Galaxy". Anyway, I saw that the head on the movie Cobra Commander was very similar to these space troopers from this anime, and so I went on to make one. Could work as a Cobra space trooper. They wield axes as any laser would trigger a complete explosion in the starships (due to some gas) and so they all fight with these axes (just in case you were wondering)

Thanks ;) .
I'll post five more, starting with one with modern body; Nightcheck; inspired by a mortal kombat custom, I thought the colours were cool so I made it with whichever parts I had available. In my Joeverse is a Action Force night watchman. Ninja Breaker; Cobra's answer to the onslaught done by GI Joe Ninjas. A special trainer to teach Cobra troopers how to fight against Ninjas, or at least survive enough time to sound the alarm. Overflow; browsing on the internet I found this weird GIF image, and thought it would be great inspiration for a GI Joe. I didnt think much about it's backstory yet. Secret Empire Trooper; taken from a Marvel Comics trooper, a comic of Hawkeye if I remember right (this customs are over 5 years old!). Finally for today, Shock Viper. A Viper specialized in resisting any amount of enemy fire, with a revolutionary modern bubble reactive armour. I had this idea after cutting one of those rubber squeeze toys, that are filled with small plastic balls. I got an ARAH figure, covered it with glue, and carefully dipped it in the small spheres, then sprayed to achieve this look. Logo is decal printed.

Many thanks . I love the O-Ring, to me is the basis of all GI Joe is about. I am open to everything, and a few T-Crotch don't bother me, and the 25th are nearly as a blocked o-ring, but to me always the basis will be O-Ring. If I was a Hasbro directive, the Gi Joes would evolve by the Valor Vs Venom line, a bit like the latest figures with ORing (Barrel Roll, Cover Girl, etc).
Anyway, 5 more today! ; Struggler was a Red Shadows operative that defected, and joined the secretive group Ypsilon Underground, bent on making collapse all modern nations and political systems, so that in the ensuing chaos they would reign supreme. I had this Indiana Jones figure, apparently unusable for anything good, when it occurred to me that it would make a great custom in long coat. "Everything about Tabú is shrouded in mystery. Few have learned something about him, none have survived to tell whatever they have found out. Some rumours incline us to believe he has worked for the Red Shadows. It seems that not even them are aware of it. Hundreds of terrorist actions mainly in the middle east are attributed to him. None have been proved" Wanted to do something with desert sand effect, and so was born Tabú. A bit inspired by Prince of Persia. Ultimatum is a rather obscure Marvel character, a sort of terrorist that appears as minor enemy. But I thought he would make a terrific GI Joe, and hence, I made my version; I used a Cobra Trooper 25th head, legs of a GI Joe Grunt or similar, and upper torso of a Indiana Jones figure. Sculpted beret and goggles. This is the T.A.R. robot, GI Joe answer to the BAT. In a lot of situations, GI Joe cannot afford to lose an agent, and to get inside booby-trapped bases and other most possible traps, GI Joe has developed this robot that will save countless lives and perform dangerous and operations that require huge strength or other resistance to elements -lack of oxygen, fire, etc- . I had a lot of Avalanches, and thought that one of the few equivalences never matched before was the BAT. And so, here it is; This is Project 52, the 52nd attempt of a series of projects by Dr Mindbender to achieve the ultimate Cobra warrior. The 52nd, escaped and now roams freely around Cobra Island. And finally, here you can show a WIP pic of some of the figures I've just posted;

5 more customs, these are all vintage o-ring ones;
Biotech; GI Joe radioactive and NBQ specialist. It differs from the Eco Warriors as he isn't about environmental reasons, but just to use radioactive weapons and fighting in radioactive or heavily contaminated zones. Blockhouse; Cobra specialist for fighting in urban areas, with extra heavy armour. Cascada; GI Joe specialist in river underwater operations. Cobra de Aço; the famous brazilian variant, but upgraded with more modern parts. I took the idea another customizer (my good friend Hit & Run from Casa Slaughter). Deathlayer; the equivalent of Tripwire and Lightfoot. I realized Cobra doesn't have (that I know) any proper minelayer or explosive disposal (you could argue Firefly puts bombs here and there, but is always in a sort of commando purposes, and besides this, there is just one). You can see more pictures of some of them in my blog; https://cobrafactor.blogspot.com/
