He kind of looks like a modern era Battle Beast.
A bunch of them had those claw type hands.

I still do and would collect them, but they are just to damn expensive.

I need to make one of these. I have a Gears of War fig, but a local shop I hit up in St. Louis during travels has a bunch on the cheap. I already have a few Rockets...
