I’ve had this custom in mind for a long time now. Finally got around to it and it took a few months to finish. It’s the JSI 1/18th Jolly Rogers F-14 Tomcat repainted with Tamiya rattle cans and I made custom water slide decals for the markings. Really enjoyed the whole process.
The decals were mostly made from AutoCAD and MS Paint. My photoshop skills are nil so I felt I was doing it the hard way. The tail art is from 3DJoes’ website. The decal process was hairy at times but I got there in the end. Main body color is Tamiya Insignia White. Original Skystriker in for comparison. Cheers! Gorgeous, and reminds me why making Joe vehicles true-to-scale would take up an insane amount of space. Excellent work!
