Man the way your mind works... I’m just always impressed with how accurate your updates are.
There are days I sit and think, “how can I make this guy”, then you drop these and it makes me want to slap myself for staring at the same parts but not seeing how they work together. I can’t wait to see what you post next! I’m currently working on unproduced ‘95 Replicator figures for Cobra Commander, Flint & Duke. I’ve got a ‘93 Iceberg and a ‘93 Muskrat in the pipeline, a ‘91 Snake Eyes, and a ‘91 Super Sonic Psyche-Out. If I can find the right hat, I’ll be getting started on that ‘93 Leatherneck. CORRECTION: There is no Flint Replicator...that should have read “Battle Rangers Flint”. Last edited by rob; 01-15-2020 at 08:20 AM.. |

Well thank you very much! High praise indeed coming from someone whose work I very much respect and try to emulate.

As far as the Destro goes, that was a clever idea using that torso. I remember when that figure first came out and I always liked it. Kind of a more modern, realistic take on his outfit. I think it was either Spy Troops or Valor vs. Venom. Some nice designs in those lines and I always enjoy seeing modern era customs based on those designs.

Today we say hello again to ‘91 Snake Eyes. Just a quick couple pics...and pretty standard parts...but still a valid attempt:

He’s different enough with the blue added and the mask, that this version is a top choice of mine, as well.

You just turned one of my most hated versions of Snake Eyes into a version of Snake Eyes I would love to have.

Thank you, guys for the kind words.
While I’m at it, I would also like to thank eBay sellers “go figure toys”. He/they always have a ton of vintage G.I. Joe accessories all in great condition. They have fast shipping and i’ve never had any troubles. Also want to thank The Angel Forge customs. Wonderful customer service and the head casts he/they provide are top notch. You can’t go wrong with either sources listed here. |

Love that Snake Eyes!
When I was a kid I only remember one kid in the neighborhood having this version and I always wanted one. You nailed another great update
