I know there's an app some people use for forums, but I don't know whether it allows for attaching photos. It's called... Tapatalk? Something like that.

It depends, sir. Do you want a lot of people to see your photos and favorite them and comment on them? If so, go with Instagram. I hate it, myself, but I readily concede it is essentially the only game in town, if you want to get noticed.
Myself, I've opted for less attention but higher quality; I find that Flickr looks better and is easier to navigate and enables sharing of photos in forums and such in a much simpler fashion. You do have to have a Yahoo! account, though, but of course that's free. |

I've spent the last half hour or so digging through my old Kitbashes thread in anticipation of that problem, 'cause I captured some screengrabs and such to help someone else share photos a few years ago. Hopefully I'll find them soon!

Hells yes! Those customs look badass! And speaking as someone who always sought to add some versatility to the ranks, I appreciate seeing so many brothers!
Now then... I finally found my long-ago instructions. I have now bookmarked that page for future reference, ha ha. Here you are, sir: Click on the bit I sloppily circled in red in the second photo: Next, copy-paste that code from the wee white box that pops up, making sure you're on BBCode rather than HTML: Here's a closer look at said white box: If you click on the HTML code instead, it'll work on a blog post, but not in a forum. Now paste said code into a reply window: From there I prefer to delete most of the code, like so: This is because Flickr's code automatically includes the title of the photo, which is nice, but their new formatting means that it does... well... this: I don't know why it places the title and such alongside rather than below the photo. Whatever the case, all you have to do is go in and split the code after the first appearance of [/url] and your name and such will appear beneath the photo, but sometimes, instead I just delete all that hocus-pocus to keep it clean, like so: |
