Thanks Redmist & ChevyMel!
There's not much to it: It's just a sheet of terrarium paper, a few rocks and a shoebox of plastic plants. The whole thing is never bigger than a stovetop and takes a minute to set up/put away. I used to have a few lizards and that was their stuff Terrarium paper was bought at a pet store, you can buy as long as you want (mine are 18" long) and they are usually two-sided. That's my usual setup, but I am planning some outdoor shoots for this summer, Ã* la Monte, if you will. Milt

Monte: So... Working Mom. Her tale will lead into the story of Frazetta Chick...
Naturally, being who I am, I thought I'd enter "mother" into ye old translator, but I already did that for a previous character! Instead, I free associated, and my stream of consciousness led me from working mom to latchkey kid, and I decided to use "key", which translates in some damn language or another as... Lykillinn "There are not many tales of Lykillinn. While she was fierce in battle, and protective of her baby, her deeds in battle could not compete with some of the more outlandish and terrifying creatures and phenomena of her time. But had her people known the truth, Lykillinn would be a name known to all tongues and ages. The virgin birth of her daughter, while notable, would not be enough to bring her notoriety; while unusual, virgin births were not unknown in her era. No, it is the identity of her daughter that would have made Lykillinn a legend, had she not been so successful at keeping it a secret. For the baby in Lykillinn's arms on every battlefield was in fact... Lykillinn. Just as Lykillinn's mother was Lykillinn." Outside the family, only one person ever knew the secret of Lykillinn. Her name was..." Excerpted from the Mad Book of Monte. More better pics to follow, thanks for looking!

"...Outside the family, only one person ever knew the secret of Lykillinn. Her name was...
Pintura Few ever believed in Pintura. Even in a realm known for magic and madness, her tale was difficult to credit. Put simply, Pintura began as a figure in a painting. An old woman forced by age to abandon the fields of battle turned to painting in her latter years. In every painting, one figure loomed large: a beautiful warrior with golden hair. This was in fact the painter herself, in her younger years. Eventually, the figure in the paintings started to... misbehave. She would seem to move within the frame, long after the paints had dried. Thinking herself mad, the old painter woman made new additions to the paintings to try to contain her muse/herself. In one painting, she painted a rock wall atop the warrior woman, to suggest that she was trapped in a cave. In another, she painted hectic layers of ocean waves over the warrior woman, to drown her. In the final portrait, she added manacles to the warrior woman's wrists, and chained her to a dungeon wall. This did not work. The warrior woman escaped her canvas world, destroyed her maker, and set off on a most unusual quest. Those who spent time with her noted that she would frequently utter an unfamiliar name in her sleep: Lykillinn. The last time anyone saw the warrior woman, she was pregnant." Monte splains: "Pintura is the word in various languages for "painting", and since you rightly noted her resemblance to the type of woman one might see in a Frazetta painting, I went with that. As for how Lykillinn perpetually gives birth to herself and how Pintura escaped a painting, and whether Pintura is, like Lykillinn, pregnant with herself, and what other connection[s] might exist between Lykillinn and Pintura, well, that's all for you and/or your followers to decide." That's right boys and girls, it's called parthenogenesis and I never thought/hoped it would land in this thread. Monte's a genius, pass it along. Cheers!

The photos are stunning. Makes me more interested in the V-Hacks fantasy figures than I was before.
The prices ($24.99 each) are a bit steep for me. Do they ever have sales?

I used the sale as a opportunity to get greek stuff I missed(I wasn't collecting until Fantasy) as well as free figures for customs.
