After I fixed up a new Space Ghost, I looked up my old Space Specter. Been years since I worked on that guy. He really needed an update. And I absolutely love evil variations of characters. Think Space Ghost was the only Hanna-Barbera character to get one. I'm glad to finally have him finished up and off the list.

Same overall approach as Space Ghost. I sculpted up the bracers and belt, then sanded down the head a bit. Painted the eyes on a little thinner and at an angle for a more evil look. Cut the collar off the cape, repainted it, and glued it on. Full repaint to the whole figure, and done!
