Renegades cobra trooper, BAT legs, vintage head 50th snow job backpack trimmed off blanket for crash cart
I used the dremel bits in this order, metal cutter disc to take off post, trim off scraps with xacto, used small sanding drum to make neck hole and smooth and taper the neck hole, used a detail grinder post to make neckball hole, go slow keep figure close to test hole as you go, also by using the.figure to immediately check the hole the ball makes an indention in the softened heated plastic which helps with articulation. If you take too much out and end up with a loose head take a scrap soft rubber piece, like a strap off the holster, lay it across the hole and push the neck.post in with it. It creates the same tension as the little rubber disk part in the hips. CrashCart - Back piece came came with rogue one figure i used for the wiper, center is a trimmed down cobra jet pack from the 25th fang 2 pack, front is from another rogue one with a quarter of an easter egg |

That looks awesome. I'm going to have to try this one. I would have never guessed that you used the vintage figures head.
