Update time: There's some good news & bad news.
The bad: Unfortunately I've not gotten as much finished as I'd hoped to by this point in time. Life had thrown me several curve balls over the late spring & summer that were beyond my control. I also underestimated how long building 30 in assembly line fashion all at once would take. At the same time, I overestimated how much free time I was going to have within the last few months to work on these. With my job picking back up in September, I'm going to have even less time to work on these for a little while. Due to all of this, the completion date on these will be delayed a few months. I will try to add more updates as I get closer to being ready to ship. The good: The above pic is my assembly line. Hi tech, right? Despite everything going on, there has still been a lot of progress. There's around 50 parts per console/ chair set. So I've been steadily cutting, sanding, gluing, etc about 1,500 parts over the last several months. Still a lot of filling, sanding and other prep I have to do that takes up time before being ready for paint. So, it's getting there, slowly but surely. I've learned a lot during this project and thought of some ways to help speed up certain processes that will help in the next round of building these. I hope everyone considers the following info as good news. For those who have ordered more than one of these, I'm planning on making 4 variations of the computer screen graphics & also with the control panel color patterns. So if you have more than one of these displayed close to each other, they won't look like they have exactly the same thing going on with the screens & buttons. In other good news, throughout working these my mind has often wandered onto some other, smaller & less time consuming projects that I would like to do that I think other people might enjoy as well. I've already experimented with some of these a bit, but am not to the point of showing these just yet. So there could be a surprise add-on package of goodies available for purchase once all the computer consoles are ready to go. That's all for now. I thank everyone for their patience and support. If there are any questions or concerns, just let me know.

Captain OG ReadMo, you've done an awesome job and there are no "bad news" on your project as far as I'm concerned. Just like you, we all have a life and things going on outside of this forum. Thank you for all of your hard work and effort despite all the curve balls life has thrown at you. We are a patient lot so don't worry we will still be here by the time you're done.
